The bulletted list below is a basic DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, showing what is typically a baseline for our first conversation.

If you'd like less, I can help, but I would not recommend much less, as what I have outlined below is my recommendation to ensure satisfaction.
Hours described above total 20; at a rate of $75/hour, my total base price for Wedding Coordination is $1500. While work on your wedding will be concentrated in the hours outlined above, I am always happy to email, text, or chat on the phone about issues as they arise, with the bride-and-groom-to-be, their families, vendors, or any other involved parties. I am here to make you feel comfortable and you should feel comfortable leaning on me as need be.
A non-refundable retainer of $100 is due upon return of a signed copy of the written agreement I will provide for you at our first meeting. Payment of an
estimated 50% deposit (minus $100) is due at the 3-weeks-out meeting. The remaining balance is kindly requested before the bride & groom depart on
wedding day.
As mentioned above, if you find yourself needing more time, either in help working through plans you are making, or having me dig in & engage in planning myself, (example: contracting of vendors,) I am most happy to do so. My hourly fee for these additional time commitments is $75.00. As the
client, you will rely on me to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill my obligations under the terms of our signed agreement.

- Consultations with you: initial meeting of ~1.5 hours, 3-week out meeting of ~2 hours, week-of check-in of ~1/2 hour.
- Advance coordination of ~4 hours: distillation of all vendor agreements, creation of a wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors & wedding party, visit to both ceremony & reception sites, prior to the wedding.
- Supervision (and orchestration, if you desire) of the wedding rehearsal, ~3 hours
- Wedding day for ~9 hours: includes on-site coordination & supervision at the ceremony site & during the reception, synchronization of multiple
vendors’ delivery & performance; corralling of families and wedding party; lipstick check for the bride, make sure mothers are happy, ensure
candles lit, food is ready, timeline followed, etc!
